Public Finance & Fiscal Governance Expert
Chiamaka (Peace) Msheliza is a Chartered Accountant and public financial management professional with experience supporting fiscal transparency, governance reforms, and financial accountability initiatives across Nigeria.
She currently serves as a Senior Project Officer at the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), where she supports the implementation of the World Bank–supported State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) programme, coordinating technical assistance to states to strengthen budgeting, financial reporting, debt management, and gender-responsive fiscal policies.
She previously worked as an Audit Senior at Isaac Atanda & Co. and has also gained experience across the mining, exploration, and agriculture sectors, contributing to accounting systems development, internal controls, and financial reporting.
