Ayokunnu Ojeniyi is an experienced programme manager and public policy expert with a career spanning the public and private sectors across North and West Africa. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Reverso Business Services Limited, where he leads strategic implementation and has expanded the firm’s client base to include six state governments across Nigeria.
Previously, Ojeniyi served as a Technical Assistant in the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria, focusing on Industry, Trade, and Investment. At the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) Secretariat, he managed reform delivery processes that contributed to Nigeria’s 15-place improvement in the World Bank’s Doing Business Report 2020. He was the project management lead for the delivery of two landmark legislations—the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 and the Business Facilitation Act 2022—and served as Programme Manager for Technical Assistance under the World Bank–assisted $750 million State Action on Business Enabling Reforms (SABER) Programme.
Earlier in his career, Ojeniyi worked as an Implementation Engineer at EMC Corporation (now Dell Technologies), where he led technology governance for major projects in Algeria and Nigeria. His background in technology continues to inform his approach to policy delivery, reform implementation, and institutional performance.
Ojeniyi holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of London and a BTech in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also holds a Certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Education, bringing a multidisciplinary blend of policy expertise, technical depth, and strategic leadership to reform and governance initiatives.
